These general terms and conditions of sale (GTC) define the rights and obligations of the Gizéa store and its customers in the context of the online sale of products offered on the site.

By placing an order on our store, you unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions.

3. Products

The products offered are those presented on the Gizéa website, subject to availability.
Each item is described with the utmost care in order to present its essential characteristics.

4. Price

Prices are shown in euros (€), including all taxes (TTC).
Delivery charges may be added to the displayed price and are specified before order confirmation.
Gizéa reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but products are billed based on the rates in effect at the time of the order.

5. Order

The customer confirms their purchase after verifying the details and total price of the order.
Once the order is validated and payment is made, the customer receives a confirmation email.

6. Payment

Payments are secure and can be made by:

• Bank card

• Apple Pay

The order will only be shipped after full payment has been received.

7. Delivery

Deliveries are made in France and Europe .
Average delivery times are 3 to 5 working days from order confirmation.
In case of a delivery delay, Gizéa will inform the customer by email.

8. Right of withdrawal and returns

In accordance with the law, you have 14 days from receipt of the package to exercise your right of withdrawal.
Returns are accepted provided that the items are:

• unworn

• unwashed,

• and in their original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once the return has been received and verified, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Gizéa cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from misuse of the purchased product.
Product photographs are not contractual.
